FREE shipping on orders over $49 after discounts. Free shipping only applies to orders within the continental US. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days of your order being processed. Pricing is based on weight and distance, and is calculated during checkout. Please be aware that the carriers are experiencing shipping delays outside of our control, so we appreciate your patience.
If you need your purchase to arrive sooner, please select an expedited method of shipping. If you have had any experiences with a package delivered to your address or not receiving packages when tracking states a package has been delivered, please let us know. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY REQUIRE YOU PAY A CUSTOMS AND/OR VAT CHARGE BEFORE DELIVERY WHICH IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on ecovessel.com, simply return your order within 30 days of the purchase date and we will happily credit your original form of payment. Returned goods must be in new, unused condition. We will issue a return label once the return request is submitted and approved.
We also offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. (if lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original form of payment)
Please note that a restocking fee of $4 will be applied to all returns.
If you purchased one of our items from a retailer please return to the place of purchase. We do not offer replacements or returns for product not purchased from our website.
If you purchased the your product from Amazon, the return must be initiated through Amazon. Our customer service team will only be able to process returns and exchanges for website orders.
